Here is a flavorful chicken spare rib dish that will blow away you fried chicken lovers. To start making this dish you will need the following ingredients.

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs with the bones in it
1 cup of Water
2/3 cup of brown sugar
2/3 cup of soy sauce
1/2 cup of apple juice or apple cider
1/4 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of canola oil
1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 tablespoon of cold water
2 tablespoon of corn starch

Cooking Directions
Start by browning the chicken over medium heat in the oil. Make sure you brown them on both sides then drain the oil out on a paper towel. Then return the chicken to the pan. Next get a bowl and mix in the water, brown sugar, apple juice, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, pepper flakes and the ground ginger. Use this mix and sprinkle it all over the chicken. Bring it to a boil then reduce the heat and cover to simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken juice is clear. After the cooking is done, remove the chicken to a plate and keep it warm. Mix the cornstarch and water to the cooking juice until it’s smooth then bring it to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes. It should be thick, similar to a gravy. That’s it! Enjoy!

Here is a crispy and crunchy oven fried chicken recipe that will leave your guest wanting for more. Mmm…I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Ingredients
3 pounds of chicken (thighs, breasts and or drumsticks)
1 tablespoon of butter
2/3 cup of all purpose flour
one and half teaspoon of paprika
one and a quarter teaspoon of salt
1/4 fresh ground pepper

Cooking Directions
Start by preheating the oven to 425 degree and grease the pan your cooking in with the butter. Melt the butter by putting the pan in the oven. While that’s being melted you can go ahead by using a bowl to mix in the flour, salt, fresh ground pepper and paprika. This will be the coating for the chicken. So mix all the ingredients you just made with the chicken and add it to the hot pan skin down. We put it skin down so the inside doesn’t burn.

Continue baking the chicken for about 35 minutes without covering the dish. You can turn the chicken pieces after 35 minutes then bake it for another 20 minutes or until the juice runs clear. Make sure you hungry because this can serve 6 but if you really hungry then I’d say it will serve 4.
