Here is a crispy and crunchy oven fried chicken recipe that will leave your guest wanting for more. Mmm…I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Ingredients
3 pounds of chicken (thighs, breasts and or drumsticks)
1 tablespoon of butter
2/3 cup of all purpose flour
one and half teaspoon of paprika
one and a quarter teaspoon of salt
1/4 fresh ground pepper

Cooking Directions
Start by preheating the oven to 425 degree and grease the pan your cooking in with the butter. Melt the butter by putting the pan in the oven. While that’s being melted you can go ahead by using a bowl to mix in the flour, salt, fresh ground pepper and paprika. This will be the coating for the chicken. So mix all the ingredients you just made with the chicken and add it to the hot pan skin down. We put it skin down so the inside doesn’t burn.

Continue baking the chicken for about 35 minutes without covering the dish. You can turn the chicken pieces after 35 minutes then bake it for another 20 minutes or until the juice runs clear. Make sure you hungry because this can serve 6 but if you really hungry then I’d say it will serve 4.
